Terms and Conditions
Our guidelines, assurances, and agreements to ensure you and your pet receive the best service possible. We urge you take the time to read through so you are knowledgeable of our service and your expectations.
Deposit: A 20% non refundable deposit is required for bookings if using our accommodation. Please pay promptly otherwise we may book someone else in. You can pay by Paypal, bank transfer or cash.
the rest of the payment is to be paid on the day you bring your pet unless discussed and agreed payment upon collection.
Cancellation or changing the length of a stay: If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible, you will unfortunately lose your deposit. If you shorten your stay you will still be liable to pay the full amount if your pet is already boarding with us. If you wish to extend their stay, providing we can accommodate the extra period, payment will be required on your return. If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day without prior arrangement then you will be charged for any extra days.

Guineapig enclosures: If you request to book our cages it is up to you to decide what size you want so you can go for a bigger one at extra charge, however I have added the amount it is suitable for. I will not accept bookings for extra guineapigs in a cage that is too small for them.
Vaccinations: Where applicable, animals need to be fully vaccinated during their stay and proof sent prior to the stay. If you cant provide valid proof from a vet that your pet is vaccinated then the stay will be cancelled and any money paid will not be refunded. I can not take word of mouth.
Drop off and Pick up: Drop off and pick up times will be arranged when booking, you will be allocated a time slot that suits you, please make sure you arrive on time as other people have also booked slots.
Non-collection : If pet/s are not collected within 7 days of agreed date and we have not heard from you, we will assume you have abandoned your pet/s and will commence legal proceedings to recover continuing boarding costs. If after 14 days we are still unable to contact you, we reserve the right to have your pet re-homed.
Shared Hutches: Any pets sharing a hutch which show any signs of aggression will be separated for the safety and well-being of all pets. Owners of pets requiring separation will be liable for the additional boarding costs. We will endeavour to keep companions together but if fighting and injuries occur we have to put your pets safety and wellbeing first. We will only board bonded pets from the same home together in a shared hutch.
Illness or Injury: If your pet falls ill while staying with us, then we will contact you immediately if time allows. We will rush them directly to the vet and contact you as soon as we can thereafter. In leaving your pets in our care you will have electronically signed an agreement for complete reimbursable of any bills. You are required to settle this amount on pick-up of your pet. We do not charge for our time - we just care about your pet.
If on the extremely rare occasion your pet injures itself, becomes ill or passes away while staying with us, we can not be held responsible. Your pet will be left in a safe and secure environment, away from other animals, therefore they are left at the owners risk.
If your pet has a known pre-existing condition and if that condition worsens then I am more than happy to take it to the vet. Unfortunately for those who bring their pet in a bad condition (with no medication) that has not been seen by the vet prior to boarding then I am not required to take it to the vet for you and may refuse to board your pet if the animal is in clear need of medical attention.

Dog walking: Dogs will not be let off lead unless absolutely necessary or we have signed written permission to do so. If any injuries do occur, this will mean the owner is liable, and we cannot be held responsible in a legal or civil manner.

Extra Charges: If any damages are made or excessive cleaning is required after the agreed price for the service is made, an additional charge will be required on collection of your dog dependant on the extent of damages. Also, if any answered questions on our questionnaire are found to be evidently and obviously untrue, we will add an additional charge to the original charge. Failure to pay this charge after 7 days will result in legal action being taken to recover these charges.
